If you are in need of Emergency services, please call 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or visit the website. This is especially important if you are having thoughts of hurting yourself, or suicide.
Sending a Referral
Counseling is a private, individual decision. If you feel a friend or family member needs counseling, please go to them directly, and tell them to visit my website. If they desire, they can contact me directly.
